1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and Calmora Guide ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating from Skopje, North Macedonia. By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, or downloading any associated materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and purchasing our digital assets.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process and payment execution is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, sales tax calculation, EU VAT handling, and chargebacks.

When you purchase a product through our website, the transaction occurs directly with Lemon Squeezy, subject to Lemon Squeezy's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, while the intellectual property and usage license of the digital files are granted by Calmora Guide.

3. Nature of Digital Goods & Delivery

All products offered by Calmora Guide are non-tangible, downloadable digital goods. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Presentation templates (Figma, Apple Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint formats)
• Brand design and social media asset kits (Figma, Canva templates)
• Digital guides, business playbooks, and Notion dashboards (PDF, Notion databases)
• Video motion graphics and stream visual asset packs (MP4, MOV, Alpha channels)

Delivery occurs immediately upon successful payment confirmation. A direct download link is generated on screen and simultaneously dispatched to the purchaser's email address.

4. License Grant & Permitted Usage

Upon full payment for a digital product, Calmora Guide grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files in accordance with the following terms:

What You MAY Do:

• Use the templates to create unlimited end products for your own personal brand or creative channels (e.g., YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, social profiles).
• Use the templates to deliver customized work or presentations to your clients, provided the raw source files are not handed over as a redistributable asset.
• Customize, edit, combine, and modify colors, copy, and layout components to suit your specific creative requirements.

What You MAY NOT Do:

• Sub-license, re-sell, share, transfer, or redistribute the source files or template links (even for free).
• Include our raw digital assets in any template marketplace, open-source library, stock repository, or competing digital product.
• Claim copyright or original authorship over the underlying template structures or graphic design frameworks.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source files, layouts, design elements, visual illustrations, and written copy contained within our products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Calmora Guide and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property treaties.

6. Refund Policy Reference

Because our products are delivered electronically in an unreturnable format, all sales are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Please inspect product specifications and requirements before completing your purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Calmora Guide does not guarantee that our templates will meet your specific business revenue objectives or that third-party software (such as Figma, Keynote, Canva, or Notion) will operate without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Calmora Guide, its founders, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Skopje, North Macedonia.
